A diagnostic fee applies to active repair calls. If you approve Lennelle Mechanical to complete the repair, the diagnostic fee is credited toward the work. If you
decide not to move forward, the diagnostic fee remains due.

We consider the system’s age, condition, repair cost, refrigerant type, previous breakdowns, and expected reliability.
